What is your return policy?: Digital files are non refundable. If you are unsure the image will work in your space, we recommend that you download the web version first.

Custom Prints (Canvas & Metal Wall art) are non refundable, and will be replaced only if damaged during shipping or a printing error.
What are the file specs?: All of our images are fully color corrected and ready for printing. They are sent out in an SRGB color profile as a JPEG. To ensure proper color we recommend using a professional photo lab

All custom printed orders are processed by Bay Photo to the highest photographic standards. Custom printing is recommended for anyone that wants to ensure the highest quality finished product.
How long is the typical wait?: Digital files are ready to download within a few minutes.

Custom Printed art, is usually shipped within 3-5 business days.
